This question is answered on a 5-point Likert scale (Completely Full, Mostly Full, Half Full, Mostly Empty, Completely Empty)

These questions are answered on a 5-point Likert scale (Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely, Never)

Psychological Safety pulse

These statements are answered on a 5-point Likert scale (Strongly agree, Agree, Neither agree/disagree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree)
